Refund policy
We have a 90-day money back guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. At Advanced Plug Protection, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will happily refund you the cost of your items, minus the original cost of shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@aplugpro.com. If your requested return is within the 90 days of you receiving your order, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return and receipt of your returned items, we will issue a refund to you for the full price of the items you purchased, minus the original shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.
